Quality & Testing
Every product page links to its current Certificate of Analysis. The COA Portal also lets you search by compound or certificate number to verify what shipped.
All compounds are released after testing by Chromate Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory. Each report covers identity and purity by RP-HPLC with UV detection, with quantity per vial where applicable.
98%+ purity by HPLC is the specification for released peptides. Most batches test at 99%+. Every certificate is published as released by the lab, including the measured result.
Keep lyophilized vials sealed, refrigerated and away from light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within your laboratory's stability window. Liquids and powders should be stored cool, dry and sealed. See the storage guide.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders placed by 12pm EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day once payment is confirmed. Orders after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed at fulfillment.
U.S. orders ship FedEx/UPS 2-Day (cold shipping) or USPS 3–5 day. Free 2-Day shipping on U.S. orders over $149, otherwise $9.99 flat.
Yes — we are based in British Columbia, Canada. Canadian orders ship UPS and are free over $280, otherwise $9.99 flat.
Yes. We ship to Europe, the UK and select other destinations via UPS. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We are not responsible for seized packages or customs delays.
Yes. All shipments are packed professionally in plain packaging with no product labels visible on the outside.
Orders & Payment
Credit/debit card, Interac e-Transfer (Canada), Bitcoin and other crypto, and bank transfer. Crypto and bank payments carry no processing fee. Instructions for e-Transfer, crypto and bank transfer are shown at checkout.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email [email protected] as soon as possible. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot recall the package.
Because peptides are sensitive to temperature and light, we do not accept returns on peptide products. Sealed, unopened research liquids and powders may be returned within 7 business days of delivery (15% restocking fee). Damaged or incorrect items are replaced — contact us within 48 hours with photos. See the Refund Policy.
Filing a chargeback after order delivery is a violation of the terms you accept at checkout and results in account termination. If you have an issue, contact support — we resolve every legitimate concern.
