When will my order ship?+
Orders placed by 12pm EST (M–F) ship the same business day once payment clears. Orders after that or on weekends ship the next business day. Tracking is sent at fulfillment.
Can I cancel or modify my order?+
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot recall the package.
What's the base shipping method?+
FedEx/UPS 2-Day cold shipping for U.S. orders, free over $149, otherwise $9.99 flat. UPS across Canada, free over $280.
Is the packaging discreet?+
Yes. Plain, professional packaging with no product labels visible on the outside.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card, Interac e-Transfer, Bitcoin and crypto, and bank transfer. Crypto and bank payments carry no processing fee.

Yes. U.S. orders ship 2-Day from British Columbia, Canada. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

How do I view a COA before buying?+
Every product page links to its current Certificate of Analysis. The COA Portal also lets you search by compound or certificate number to verify what shipped.
