How the math works
Concentration (mcg/mL) = vial amount in mg × 1000 ÷ diluent volume in mL. Draw volume (mL) = target mcg ÷ concentration. Units on a U-100 syringe = draw volume × 100.
Example: 5 mg vial + 2 mL BAC water = 2,500 mcg/mL. A 250 mcg draw = 0.1 mL = 10 units, giving 20 draws per vial.
Need diluent? Bacteriostatic Water 10ML · Acetic Acid 0.6% 10ML
