Questions
Frequently asked
How does the referral program work?
Sign in on this page and you get a personal referral code and link. When somebody uses it, they get 10% off their order and you earn 15% of their order subtotal back as store credit.
Do I need a separate account?
No. Your normal Elev8 Labs account is your referral account. Sign in on this page and your code appears right here — you are never sent to another site.
What exactly do I earn?
15% of each qualifying friend order (subtotal of $50 or more) as Elev8 Labs store credit. There is no cap on how many friends you can refer.
When is my credit issued?
Once the friend’s order is complete and past the cancellation window. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn credit.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The friend’s order subtotal must be $50 or more for the referral credit to apply.
Can I cash out my store credit?
Store credit is not redeemable for cash. It applies to any future Elev8 Labs order.
Who can I refer?
Anyone you would genuinely recommend a research supplier to — friends, colleagues, labs or research groups. Each referral code is good for one use per friend, and self-referrals do not qualify.
