How can I join your rewards program?

New customers: Once you create an Elev8 Labs account on your first order, your purchases and point activity will automatically sync within our rewards program.
Returning customers: We have imported your previous rewards points (cashback) to this new system. To view them, scroll down to the Earn Points tab in the Rewards widget.

How do I earn points under this program?

You earn two points for every dollar spent. The corresponding point value of a product is displayed on its page. Once your order is complete, your earned points will automatically appear in your account.

Earn more points:
You can also gain extra points by reaching specific goals. These goals are listed when you click Earn More Points in the Rewards widget. Enter your birth date in the widget to receive 250 points on your special day.

How can I check my point balance?

You can instantly view your earned points by clicking on the Rewards widget at the bottom left of your screen.

What is the difference between points and rewards?

Points accumulate as you make purchases or complete goals. Once you reach a certain balance, you can convert points into rewards.

Where can I see my available rewards?

Click on My Rewards within the Rewards widget to view the rewards you qualify for. Select redeem, copy the coupon code, and use it on your next purchase. You can also check how many more points you need for your next reward under Spend Points.

How can I earn rewards from referrals?

For every successful referral, both you and your friend will receive a $25 discount on orders of $100 or more. Your friend gets a coupon for their first purchase, and you receive your reward once their order is completed.

Can I refer someone if I’m a new customer?

Yes! Anyone with an Elev8 Labs account can refer and earn rewards.

Who is eligible to be referred?

Existing customers do not count as referrals. If an existing customer tries to use your referral link, they’ll receive a notification on the widget. Our system prevents duplicate referrals by checking IP addresses, browser data, cookies, and email addresses.

How does the referral link work?

Copy and paste your referral link into a browser. It will open our widget and request an email address. If eligible, the referral will receive a coupon code to use on their order. Once their order is complete, you’ll receive your reward.
