Refund and Return Policy

Returning Products

Within 7 business days from the delivery date, you may request to return your order as long as the package is unopened and in a sealed condition (Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs ONLY).

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We do not provide a return label. A free return label is provided only if we shipped the wrong or damaged product.

Important: We do not accept returns for Peptides due to their sensitivity to temperature and sunlight. If you are a first-time client, we recommend placing a small order first to assess product quality.

Return Process

A return tracking number is required. Once the returned products are received at our warehouse, our team will inspect them before processing the refund.

A 15% restocking fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount.

Invalid Reasons for Returns:

  • Improper usage of research products ordered
  • Mishandled and damaged products due to improper storage

Refund Policy

All completed purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Seized Shipments (International Orders)

If your shipment is seized, we understand the challenges this may cause. To assist our customers, we offer a 30% discount on the next purchase. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Damaged Goods

If you receive damaged products, please reach out to us promptly. We may require supporting documentation (e.g., photos) to assess the damage and find an appropriate resolution.

Resolution Process:

  • For damaged goods, we will work to replace or provide a satisfactory resolution based on the extent of the damage.
