Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability

By ordering from this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability.

All customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase research products/materials from elev8labs.is. Under no circumstances shall elev8labs.is or any associated affiliates be liable for consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

In direct consideration of approving the sale of any product to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold elev8labs.is or any associated affiliates harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s handling, possession, and/or use of the product, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance. Any sale will otherwise be denied.

Product Use and Restrictions

Any peptides on our website are sold exclusively for research and laboratory use. These products should not be used in the form of cosmetics, food additives, chemicals, drugs, or other applications not classified in this document. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to use it in infringement of any patent.

All customers represent and warrant that through their own review and study, they are fully aware of government regulations regarding the use and exposure to all products, the health and safety hazards associated with their handling, and the necessity of adequately warning of these hazards.

elev8labs.is reserves the right to cancel any purchase if it is determined that the product is being purchased for any use other than for laboratory and research purposes.

Product Safety and Compliance

The products available on elev8labs.is are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not for use in food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals, or for commercial purposes. The purchaser agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by elev8labs.is for safety and efficacy in these areas.

The purchaser must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using any products purchased from elev8labs.is. Additionally, the purchaser is responsible for verifying that these products comply with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, we can do so, but a $25 processing fee will apply. Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] to cancel an order.

Product Quality Guarantee

We offer a product quality guarantee. If you have any concerns about the quality of a product purchased from us, you can have it tested at any HPLC-licensed testing facility. If the results are negative, we will refund the total amount of the order plus shipping.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

elev8labs.is reserves the right to ban any Affiliate from the program and to terminate the Affiliate account without prior notice if the rules of the program are violated. Any pending commissions may also be withheld in such cases, and any payments already made may be reclaimed.

Keywords that include our brand name “Elev8 Labs” are prohibited. If the majority of your traffic comes from brand keywords, you will not be paid. Additionally, targeting keywords on PPC or SEO that include “Elev8 Labs” is not allowed. Violating this rule will result in the withholding of commissions.

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Program at any time at our discretion. Discount code websites are not allowed, and personal orders do not count towards commissions.
