General Information

Packages typically reach the courier and get delivered within 3-4 days for local deliveries and 10-15 business days for international orders. If your package has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact customer service.

Elev8 Labs ships using Priority Mail, with most orders delivered in 2-6 days. Every order receives a tracking number, which can be tracked on USPS.com.

Tracking numbers may take at least 24 hours to update. We do not ship on USPS-closed days, weekends, or holidays.

Order Confirmation & Undelivered Packages

Every order comes with an email receipt. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.

If your package is returned as undeliverable, we will issue a coupon code for the order value minus shipping and processing fees.

We cannot issue refunds or cancel orders for incorrect shipping addresses, lost packages, or unclaimed deliveries.

Signature Required for Orders $150+

Orders valued at $150 or more require a signature upon delivery. If you wish to waive this requirement, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received. Shipping times vary:

  • Domestic (USA): 1-7 business days
  • Peptides (USA): 1-7 business days

We do not ship to military addresses for peptides.

Tracking & Shipping Responsibility

All shipments include a tracking number, and buyers are responsible for tracking their packages. Elev8 Labs is not liable for lost or damaged packages once handed to the courier.

If a package is delayed or lost, you can lodge a missing item investigation with the courier.
